HR Systems Manager

100% Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to oversee the administration, optimization, and strategic management of HR technology platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure HR systems operate efficiently, support business objectives, maintain data integrity, and drive continuous improvements across HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).

  • Oversee system configurations, updates, and enhancements.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across HR platforms.

  • Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to support system improvements and integrations.

  • Lead system implementations, upgrades, and release management.

  • Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.

  • Establish governance, processes, and best practices for HR systems usage.

  • Provide leadership, training, and support to HRIS/HR systems teams.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with HRIS / HCM systems administration and management.

  • Solid understanding of HR processes and workflows.

  • Experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

  • Knowledge of data governance and HR data management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with multiple HR platforms or modules.

  • Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).

  • Relevant HRIS / HCM certifications (nice to have).

Leadership & Soft Skills:
