Job Description :
Reports into the HR Systems and Compliance team
Maintain compliance in support of HR System and Payroll Controls
Supports ongoing HR audits (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual)
Prepares for audits by reviewing documented policies and procedures
Generate system reports, identifies new reports in support of audits
Review HR System and Process SOPs/Work Instructions
Make recommendations towards best practices around system design, integrations to support Payroll Controls
Partners with the HR Functional Teams on execution of the Audit Schedule
Review Vendor SOC/SSAE Reports and Documentation
Prepares documentation (process flows, SOPs, Work Instructions, response documents)
5-7 years experience with HR Cloud applications required.
