The HR Executive will support end-to-end HR operations for an engineering-driven organization. The role focuses on recruitment of technical talent, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR process improvement while supporting engineers and project teams.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical roles (civil, mechanical, electrical, software, etc.)
Coordinate with project managers and department heads for manpower planning
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage offer processes
Maintain recruitment databases and hiring metrics
Manage employee onboarding and induction programs
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Handle probation confirmations, transfers, and exits
Support payroll inputs and coordination with finance
Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries
Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes
Promote positive workplace culture and engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Support audits and statutory filings (PF, ESIC, labor compliance)
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
Assist in performance appraisal cycles
Coordinate training and development programs for engineers and staff
Track skill development and certification requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Engineering with HR experience
1–4 years of HR experience (preferably in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or IT firms)
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand technical/engineering roles
Good organizational and documentation skills
Proficient in MS Office / HRMS tools
Problem-solving and confidentiality handling
Experience hiring engineers or technical professionals
Exposure to project-based or site-based HR operations
Knowledge of compliance specific to engineering/construction industries
