· Minimum 5+ years of IT experience

· Expert in Software engineering fundamentals (Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Feasibility Study, Gap Analysis, Technical Requirements Documents, SDLC)

· Ability to interact with Biz, convert discussions into requirement documents

· Experience in interacting closely with Business Product owner and BA on the requirements and at times create requirements based on the business input.

· Experience in working with IT teams on drafting the technical requirements, assisting in technical design documentation etc.
