Job Description
Required - 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions of any domains.
Total Experience must be 10 years and above
Experience in Agile project development as Scrum Master for 3+yrsand as scrum master 3 year
Experience as PM or Release Lead in Banking or Financial services industry for 2+yrs
Gather information on what the client needs from the product owner or liaising with product owner and other business tech SMEs
Schedule a series of sprints for the development teams for several projects
Coordinate with the product owner and higher management to develop a program timeline
Communicate verbally and in written form minutes key decisions program packs status updates and issue blockers
Knowledge on agile metrics, process and ceremonies, etc
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relations particularly when managing conflicts and stakeholders with difference of opinions
Must know to use Jira for standard and customized reports, JIRA queries, agile performance reporting, etc
Plan and rotate staff through the various sprints of the project as per need
Excellent abilities in facilitation and drive overall program agendas
