# Dynamics CRM customization: must have hands on experience on
o Dynamics CRM configuration
o Dynamics CRM configurable workflows and custom workflow development
o Dynamics CRM PlugIns
o Other customization knowledge on Action, JavaScript, solutions
# Integration: hands on knowledge on
o Dynamics CRM SDKs and integration features
o Integration between Power Platform, Dynamics CRM and other application
o Dynamics CRM provided SDKs and custom integration designing and development
# Power Platform - Hands on sound knowledge on
o Power Apps # Model driven and Canvas App
o Power Portal # designing, configuration and customization
o Power Automate: knowledge on pre-build connectors, custom connectors and integration with other application
o Power BI: knowledge on report creation and designing, dashboard creation and integration with CRM and Power Apps
# Understand business processes involved in the requirements
# Good understanding and strong knowledge in more than one business domain
# Should be able to integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems in application landscape
# Understand application landscape, design, code, test CRM application modules that meet Architecture requirements
# Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across Dynamics CRM 2011, 20 13, 2015, 2016 and D365 CE
# Experience in execution and documentation of tests to meet agreed Quality standards
# Documenting #as-is# and #to-be# state within accurate and detailed scoping documents
# Support integration of application components
# Should be able to understand changes in business processes and accommodate them in the solution
# Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design and develop scalable application components
