Description:Position is for an Appian UI Developer who will be responsible for software development, integration, customization, and support. The individual will be working with other members of an agile team and will be responsible for new development. Team members are expected to work closely with analysts and the line of business to understand new requirements and to deliver. The ideal candidate will be Appian developer, with experience in delivering EFR daily and BCGRS governed RDA reporting.Take requirements and break them into work units in order to deliver Appian solution in the context of a larger applicationHands-on development on Appian (18x/19x/20x) BPM applications, including SAIL code, is preferred. Good understanding of Appian Objects such as Records, Sites, Actions, Security, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, Web API, Interface Rules, CDTs, Process Models. Constants, Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, Groups, etc.Skills to leverage Appian technical documentation and Appian user community to build new prototypes as requiredCode, configure, debug, unit test, integration test and document application enhancementsSupport the development of user guides for new projects and enhancementsAnalyze, debug and revise existing application logic difficulties and update documentation as necessaryAssist database developers, quality assurance team, business analysts in ways to ensure data integrity, consistency, security and privacyAdhere to organizational policies, standards and best practices in application development, documentation, and maintenance that support the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) following Agile iterative development approachAt least 5 years of Appian UI hands-on experience in development, configuration, debug, unit test and documentation. Worked on one or more end-to-end Appian BPM or UI implementation (Design/ Develop/ Deploy/ Package)Expertise in designing and implementing BPM solutions for process simplification, case management and role-based applications.Exceptional knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.Experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Forums, SAIL, Plugin development, Smart Services, Reports and Deployment etc.Expertise in business Integration deployment and human task management using Appian 18 higher versions.Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during project life cyclesAbility to do root cause analysis on production issues reported by business usersNeed to work independently on assignments based on specific requirements.Experience with database design.Identify and articulate the risks during development deployment.Coordinate and communicate with various teams with exceptional communication skills.Expertise in using CI\CD Pipeline for Appian.
