WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM YOU AS A RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST?
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open.
- Understand client's staffing needs, including specific roles, qualifications, and timeline
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals.
- Evaluate client requirements and match them with suitable candidates, ensuring a strong alignment between the candidate's skills and the client's needs.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Negotiate compensation packages and contract terms with candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Collecting and completing paperwork for candidates.
- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for client engagements.
- Continuously partner with recruiting team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
