Position: HCM Techno Functional Support Analyst Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 6 Months Interview: Phone and Skype *Position is temporarily remote due to Covid-19. Candidate is to be able to report to work location after things settle down* Cloud Certified (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT* 8 to 10 years of experience in Cloud HCM Implementation/Support Strong hands on exposure to Oracle Cloud HR, Oracle Cloud Payroll , Oracle Cloud Benefits ,Oracle Cloud Taleo, Oracle ORC/OLC Experience on workflow & security Should be able to analyze the Impact of the Calendar change in upstream and downstream systems and communicate to the Technical Team for development and Testing the developed component Willing to work in for Customer office Location Flexible to work in onsite & offshore model OTBI reports & BI scheduling Ticketing tool to resolve the incidents within SLA Familiar with Oracle quarterly patch & should be responsible for new features analysis, doing impact assessment & review regression testing Work with Oracle through SR's for any product defects/bugs Should be able to gather requirements, write functional requirement document and liaison with Business user for Sign off. Expertise in development designing ,Solutioning in OTBI, HCM, Benefits and Payroll.
