HCM Functional Consultant

100% Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR processes.

  • Configure and maintain HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Talent, etc.).

  • Provide functional expertise during system implementations and upgrades.

  • Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

  • Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams.

  • Ensure system configurations align with business needs and compliance requirements.

  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with HCM / HRMS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of HR business processes.

  • Experience in system configuration and functional setup.

  • Ability to perform requirement analysis and gap analysis.

  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and documentation.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with multiple HCM modules.

  • Exposure to system integrations and data migration.

  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics.

  • Relevant HCM certifications (nice to have).
