Title: HCM Analyst Duration: 1 Year + Location: Richardson, Texas Job Description 1. Provide mostly functional by some technical support for Oracle eBusiness suite modules 2. Ability to track and resolve issues 3. Analyze program changes and participate in troubleshooting 4. Implement configuration changes associated with all change/enhancement requests 5. Works with Oracle support to resolve application related issues 6. Provide end user support 7. Supports with the development of training materials and assist when necessary. 8. Additional duties required as directed by RISD. Knowledge/Skills: 1. At least 5 years setting up and supporting HR, Payroll and Advanced Benefits 2. Experience with Texas school districts and familiarity with PEIMS, TRS and state reporting a plus 3. Experience setting up new functionality or enhancing current functionality in Oracle HCM 4. Experience with year-end processing, statutory patch testing and verification and full cycle testing 5. Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle workflow a plus. 6. Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 7. Ability to work in a team environment Qualifications: Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar major Experience: Five + (5) years with Oracle ERP as a developer including workflow.
