Role: Hardware Device Specialist Location: Seattle, WA and Cupertino, CA Contract As a member of the Device Management team, you will work closely with all teams across the organization to distribute products, parts, tools, and supplies for teams around the world. You will play an integral part in the product development process, ensuring that our teams are prepared with the information and hardware they need to be successful. Description: As a member of the device management team you will responsible for securely receiving, storing and distributing development hardware to engineering teams. You will provide logistical shipping support to our teams around the world, manage a large inventory of development hardware, conduct regular lab audits, provide technical support to engineering labs and engineers, as well as conduct some in-vehicle quality assurance testing. Key Qualifications Ability to think quickly and perform problem-solving tasks Strong interpersonal skills, quickly evaluating every situation You can meet multiple inventory deadlines each week Excellent collaborative skills Discrete and able to keep secrets safe Experience working with spreadsheets and databases Be agile, demonstrate ability to adapt and think on your feet Familiarity with Apple products and basic troubleshooting Strong attention to detail Can execute on deliverables with little to no mentorship Ability to lift and transport inventory weighing up to 50 pounds Must have, or be willing to get, a valid California Driver's license (for California role) or a valid Washington State Driver's License (for Washington role) Quality Assurance background a plus
