Job Description
Job Summary : Resource should focus on production support and require an adequate knowledge on Apache Hadoop, Apache Pig, Hive, Unix and Workflow scheduler tool. Provide L2 Triage Unit support (Includes all Triaging effort in handling Incidents, Non-Ticketed Support activities, UI/Online availability, Coordination with Infra/Business & client Project/ Development team).

Roles & Responsibilities : Application Triage support Respond and Resolve Incidents Working with interfacing applications for resolution Should have willingness to learn and basic understanding of technologies that are required to support the application Experience in handling Incident Management, Ticket Handling, Co-ordination among different Teams, Initial analysis on problems, co-ordination with SME on identifying the Root cause Good Communication Skill Flexible to support non-business hours on need basis Work From Home allowed in current pandemic situation.
