Job Description:

Responsibilities: The Claim Business Analyst role is responsible for:

  • Participation on WK work sessions, Sprint events and work sessions focused on the development of WK configuration requirements
  • Participation in CLIENT Scrum ceremonies and other work sessions focused on the elicitation of requirements needed for delivery of the end-to-end solution for the program
  • Working closely with the Product Owner, Application Engineer, Delivery and Test team members in the development and delivery of user stories and other program deliverables
  • Work closely with the offshore Development and Test Team members to answer questions and provide guidance for the desired outcomes of the user stories
  • Provide assistance during UAT and Training activities
  • CLIENT required actions such as recording time, reporting out of office time, etc.

Skillset:

  • Commercial insurance claim experience, highly desired
  • Scrum Delivery experience, including user story writing skills
  • Business analysis experience, including strong elicitation and communication skills
  • Experience developing and delivering process/training materials, a plus
  • Commercial insurance industry acumen, prior claim experience, highly desired
  • Prior Guidewire experience, a plus
