Job Description Lead team in enhancing and maintenance of Guidewire ClaimCenter v10 utilizing Studio. Lead & Design integration components including plug-ins, messaging (and supporting business rules), and programs that call the Guidewire application APIs; Lead Configuration of User Interface; business logic and rules Data Model; . Lead design of new functionalities for the existing Guidewire platform. Lead and participate in code reviews; technical and architectural reviews. Required : Acts independently under general supervision - Provides technical and business leadership, mentoring, and training. Develop claims software and integration services in the Guidewire platform. Evaluates proposed system changes on complex applications to determine effort, impact, and time line within their area of responsibility and some broad knowledge of relevant applications. Participate in daily standup meetings, project checkups, and retrospectives. Communicate status via defined processes and project management tools. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent education and experience required. Ability to work independently under general supervision with substantial latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions. Must have an in-depth knowledge of a Guidewire ClaimCenter product with over 4 years of experience. Agile experience DevOps experience is a big advantage
