Specific Position Requirements-

No IT testing required
*JIRA and/or RALLY required and ideally certified

Expert level understanding of Advanced Jira concepts and implementation - 4 years
Experience leading Agile management tool migrations - 3 years
Experience in REACT programming/software development/data analyst. - 3 years
Experience working with applications, data, infrastructure, and/or IT security. - 5 years
Experience working in an Agile Environment - 3 years

Education

Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)

MAJOR PURPOSE:
Works on a product team and supports systems and software deployment and/or maintenance by planning its work, coordinating with others to deliver
functionality on a system of moderate complexity. The role relies on journey-level knowledge and experience on a single software package (SAP, ERP, IFS, PTC, etc.). This role is expected to develop simple solutions to solve well-defined problems with guidance from more senior team members or Scrum Master. May assign, coordinate and review portions of the work to support personnel; Has proficiency in one functional area of scope; Delivers slightly more complex software use- cases.
MAJOR DUTIES: Description of the major duties performed in this job.
* Builds the work needed to implement functionality from the product backlog (managed by the product owner).
* Determines the size of user stories.
* Unit-tests software, creates automated test scripts and executes all other testing-related tasks.
* Tests deliverables against a user story’s acceptance tests.
* Executes necessary documentation, as directed, or needed.
* Works closely with other team members to ensure that features meet business needs; Works collaboratively with infrastructure, security and other partners.
* Follows industry-standard agile software design methodology for developmentand documentation.

Purpose:
Works on a product team and supports systems and software deployment and/or maintenance by planning its work, coordinating with others to deliver functionality on complex systems. The role relies on advanced- level knowledge and experience on up to 4 or software packages (Jira, Rally, Mural, TeamRetro, and potentially a React based metrics Application). This role works on complex/significant parts of a system/sub-system or software package and solves well-defined problems with little guidance. May act as a work lead, providing technical coaching to other analysts and support personnel; Has proficiency in one or more functional areas of scope; Delivers complex software use-cases; Recognized as an expert on multiple systems or software packages.
Duties:
Actively facilitate migration of stakeholder community to new Agile management tool through education and promotion of the tools entire suite of features and functionality.
Builds the work needed to implement functionality from the product backlog (managed by the product owner).
Analyzes assignments and determines software specifications that must be fulfilled to achieve objectives and get appropriate value from packaged solutions.
Completes system configuration settings to enable software functionality that supports business processes.
Unit-tests software, creates automated test scripts and executes all other testing-related tasks.
Works closely with other team members to ensure that features meet business needs; Works collaboratively with infrastructure, security and other partners.
Follows industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentation, Executes necessary project documentation as directed.
Mentors more junior analysts on the team in specific software packages such as Jira, Rally, Mural, TeamRetro, and React-based metrics application.


This will be a hybrid schedule and contingent will need to be onsite as required.
