Short Description:Primarily remote-candidates must be available to come to the Richmond office for onboarding. They may also be asked to come to the office during emergencies and high-volume periods, such as electionsComplete Description:Security Governance Analyst to develop and document a security compliance program to include analyzing results, creating remediation plans, drafting formal standards and documentation (both technical and administrative), analysis of other solutions and creating supplemental content. We are looking for a strong writer, thinker and planner who can leverage strong security knowledge to identify gaps and generate the guidance to address them. Require/Desire Skills:- Excellent drafting, writing, and analysis skills Required 5 Years- Outstanding Problem Solving Skills Required 5 Years- Experience drafting technical and administrative artifacts – program planning and documentation to policies and procedures Required 5 Years- Experience writing Grant Applications Required 5 Years- Developing, creating, managing, and maintaining risk compliance and remediation programs Required 5 Years- Establish and document program charters, remediation plans, and security maturity models Required Years- Drafting Advanced Security Governance Required 3 Years- Experience implementing security governance and NIST 800-53 Required 3 Years- CISSP Required 3 Years
