1. Assess the unique GIS needs of the participating public safety agencies and establish a reliable system to maintain and collaborate GIS data crucial to providing 911 services to the citizens.
2. Expertise in Next Generation 911 Standards and setting up an ArcGIS Online environment.
3. A vendor with ESRI Partnership and fulfil data maintenance tasks.
