Job Title: Genesys Lead/Developer
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Duration: Long Term Contract

Required Skills:
Experience on Genesys Framework 8.x and complete understanding of Genesys Architecture.
Deploy, troubleshoot and maintain Genesys voice and e-services application servers.
Hands-on work with designing routing strategies (Voice and Multimedia) using IRD 8.x.
Experience with Genesys Routing, call flows, Inbound, Outbound Interactions (Voice and Non-Voice
Deploy, configure and maintain Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition click-once.
Knowledge on Genesys composer.
Knowledge in Avaya PBX routing, configuration and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot contact center related issues and manage tickets in ServiceNow.
Expertise in using log analyzing tools like Kazimir, Myzamir to troubleshoot routing issues.
Conduct workshops with customers to gather requirements, analyze, estimate, develop, deploy and support the Genesys voice and multimedia routing and applications.
Travel to contact center locations to engage with call center agents and customer during project implementations.
Deploy, configure and support WDE-SFDC integration for contact centers.
Communication skills to understand, analyze the complex problems and present feasible solutions.
