Role: Genesys Developer.
Location: Cleveland, OH / PIttsburgh, PA.
Duration: 12+ Months Contract.
Job Description:
Provide technical expertise in all aspects of IVR solution design and application development.
Excellent Knowledge of SIP infrastructure, Genesys framework and Genesys Voice Portal (GVP).
Experience in call flow development using Genesys.
Familiarity with Contact Center technologies, integration experience with Avaya Interaction Center and PBX like Avaya/Cisco.
Good troubleshooting skills (Log reading, tracing calls and analyzing Genesys components).
Proficient in Oracle/RDBMS concepts.
Excellent analytical skills.
Must have the ability to understand problems, identify root cause and derive potential solutions.
Ability to apply technical/end-user knowledge to a range of situations.
