Title: Genesys Administrator

Location: Atlanta GA

Primary job responsibilities:

Experience with Genesys 7/8.x Framework operation and maintenance, Genesys Administrator, GAX, CIM, SIP Server, HA architecture, Voice Routing, and Multi-Channel Routing.

Expertise and experience in Call Routing Management (Interaction Routing)

Composer, Designer)

Genesys SIP Server, SBC, and IP Phone knowledge and experience

VoIP SIP, SBC call troubleshooting knowledge and experience

Understanding and experience with Contact Center Redundancy / Disaster Recovery Planning

Knowledge of SQL queries and the MS-SQL database is required.

TCP/IP, DHCP, TFTP, VLAN, SIP, UDP, QoS, VoIP, and VLAN design are examples of fundamental voice networking technologies.

Reporting (CCA, Infomart), G-Plus adapter for WFM Infrastructure Change, Release, and Upgrade Implementation

Ability to interact with and cultivate positive working relationships with technology teams, business analysts, and vendors.

Current Genesys certifications(preferred) (8.X CIM Consultant or 8.X SIP Consultant)
