The Georgia Dept. of Transportation, Office of Transportation Data (OTD) seeks a project coordinator will apply past project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques in supporting project leads and driving the development and application of project management methodology. On a day-to-day basis, the project coordinator''s key responsibilities will typically involve maintaining GDOT project documentation, such as plans and reports; assigning tasks and controlling schedules; communicating the project''s progress to team members and other stakeholders. Additional responsibilities will include utilizing spreadsheets to track budgets, dates, and other information to oversee progress and ensure that goals are met on time.

Required / Desired Skills:

Project Coordinator, with extensive experience and has a technical background
Hands-on experience with MS Office (Office 365)
Must have excellent customer relations and interpersonal communications skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel preferred.
Must have and demonstrate excellent communication skills
