Job Requirements:
· Good knowledge and experience on GCP cloud skills
· 8+ years of Multi domain project experience a plus
· Able to understand business processes preferably Banking sector L2 L3 Production Application Support 3 years
· Knowledge on Windows Storage UNIX MS SQL Database good troubleshooting skills AD LDAP Networking IIS Strong in one Scripting automation PowerShell Python
· Good understanding of security PKI Data DLP Encryption Knowledge of ITIL framework and process
· Experience in managing projects with service levels Experience in managing teams of size more than 10 members
· Ensure end to end tracking and closure of Tickets Risk management and dependency management
· Knowledge management with in the team with structured approach to address knowledge gaps within the team Ensure customer satisfaction
· Others Flexible and willing to learn new technologies and applications
· Candidate should be willing to work in 24x7 Shift Maintain a positive and co-operative attitude in sometimes stressful situations
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write concise reports .
