Expected Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand and document business requirements from the stakeholders. Translate these requirements into technical and functional specifications for the development team via user stories.
Performing analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues.
Coordinate with various teams such as the design, development, testing, and support teams. Act as the bridge between the technical team and the non-technical stakeholders.
Hands on testing/validation to ensure that the developed solution meets the defined requirements and maintains high quality.
Keep stakeholders informed about the status, delays, and any issues that might occur, including release notes, demos, etc.
Understanding expectations set by the client and recognizing when issues/events may affect delivery.
Performing requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, and defining support procedures.
