ROLE	· Lead AWS Cloud Managed & Support Services for 1000+ instances. · Provide advanced level Troubleshooting & Operational support (Level-3). · Provide in-depth technical incident investigation, diagnosis, and resolution. · Ensure AWS Estate is fully secured and patched. · Engage with customers on AWS Cloud Operations, Security & Optimization. · Guide and mentor the AWS Cloud team.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE	· Sr. AWS Cloud Architect with 8 - 10 years of experience. · AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification required. · Subject Matter Expert in: - AWS Networking - VPC, VPC Peering, Routing, Gateways, Subnets, Load Balancers, Route 53 - AWS Security - IAM, Network ACLs, Security Groups, Ports - AWS Compute - EC2, Lamda, EKS, ECR - AWS Storage - S3, EBS, EFS, Glacier - AWS Monitoring & Logging - CloudWatch, CloudTrail - Others - ElastiCache, CloudFormation, CloudFront, SNS, Systems Manager · Experience in Infrastructure-As-Code Services or Tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible. · Advanced knowledge of system patching and upgrade processes and technologies. · Advanced knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD toolchain. Jenkins is key. · 10+ years of Linux experience with hand-on scripting experience in Shell, Pyton, PHP · Advanced knowledge of SLA management. · Managing AWS Cloud hosting BigData solution such as Hadoop is highly preferred. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Experience leading team of 5-10 AWS support engineers in multi-shore model is highly preferred.
