Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred
Minimum 4 years of experience with ASP.Net, Web API, MVC 4.0, C#, HTML5, SQL, CSS3, SQL Server, SQL Server Programming, SSIS, SSRS,
Working knowledge/hands on experience with JavaScript, JQuery
Experience with MVC, JSON
Experience on performance optimization of .Net applications
Experience in designing, developing, and integrating Web Services
Experience in implementing MVC Framework Applications
Experience with relational databases on MS SQL Server, Working experience on writing and debugging complex Stored Procedures
Experience with Agile projects
Unit Testing using Nunit testing frameworks
SOA/ESB experience is a plus
