About The Role. This role is managing inbound and outbound campaigns. We’re a multi-faceted organization servicing both sales and servicing. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Five9 experience in an organization with 500 or more agents, a fully blended environment, and a broad understanding of calling strategies. The position will manage outbound campaign pacing, inbound service level management, and multiple campaign priorities.
What You''ll Do
User setup and configuration.
Managing multiple outbound call campaigns. This includes managing a dialer calendar. Starting and stopping jobs as well as pacing.
Managing inbound call queues to achieve optimal performance in service level, abandon rates, and average speed of answer across over 600 agents.
Automation of call lists and loading adhoc campaigns both from Velocify and Salesforce.
Interacting with senior leadership on call center performance and the drivers in how the call center performs.

Required Education and Experience
2+ years experience in all aspects of managing call campaigns for both inbound and outbound on the Five9 telephony application.
Workforce management concept understanding.
Vast experience in call center strategies.
Must have a strong sense of urgency
Startup experience preferred
