Position - Firmware Engineer

Location – Remote

Duration - 3-6 month contract,

MOI - Phone

Visa - green card or USC candidates.

Our client is actively seeking a Firmware Engineer to join their team. The Firmware Engineer is responsible for supporting Product Development engineering aspects for the company's products. The candidate will work in a team environment and have a direct impact on the end product.
Job Duties:
Develop software for embedded systems
Perform module and system-level verification to confirm the product's operation against specifications
Ensure a safe, positive work environment and support strong team dynamics
Qualifications and Skills
Experience developing software using embedded frameworks and SDKs
Experience with industrial control systems and 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers
Experience in developing both circuits and firmware for hardware interfaces: Including but not limited to UART, SPI, I2C, Client, SDRAM, Flash Memory, DMA controllers, RGB and other LCD Interfaces, and other driver dev
Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
Experience with the Keil Development Environment
Ability to understand PCB Schematics
Experience with software compilers and debugging tools
Familiarity with Oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, etc.
5 year of related firmware development experience
Some experience designing electronic and electrical hardware, both digital and analog circuits
Education
BS in Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering (or related field)

Ability to prioritize and communicate in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated initiative, drive, and interpersonal skills
