Title: Senior Financial analyst
Location: Irving TX
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide governance oversight for contractual sub-ledger reconciliation process including engagement in issue resolution and escalation processes
Review documentation of reconciliation breaks to assess completeness and appropriateness, provide feedback to the team to enhance understanding and documentation
Engage with reconciliation team and stakeholders across the organization to drive resolution of outstanding breaks
Skills:
Broad experience of Finance function within Banking organization.
Prior experience dealing with ledger or system breaks and driving corrective actions
Outstanding analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills with ability to break challenges into component parts is critically important
Strong written and verbal communications skills, including ability to present to senior management
Strong Influencing skills with the ability to mediate discussions and draw consensus
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and plan or prioritize appropriately
Strong ability to extract information by questioning, active listening and interviewing
Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration
