Job Description :
Field service management (FSM) refers to the management of a company''s resources employed at or in-route to the property of clients, rather than on company property. Examples include locating vehicles, managing worker activity, scheduling and dispatching technicians to service a faulty equipment or for regular Maintanance of machinery



FSM would also include interfacing with backend systems to get warranty information and to send hours spent servicing to billing systems to generate invoices for customer



This is a CRM function, unless they worked on the module called field service management they’ll not be a fit for ASTEA role
