Feedback analyst | Product Analyst | escalations Manager (Support role) Austin TX Full Time The candidate will focus on feedback reports and escalations across client's products 2. Candidate's core responsibilities include new product launch management, escalations, feedback quality audits, and taxonomy reviews, deep dives and user insights across product landscape. 3. Manage communications with Feedback Product Specialist re: bugs, launches, and taxonomy management. 4. Validate spike notifications and communicate impact to broader x-functional teams 5. Identify tags impacted by bugs, launches, or other change for reporting purposes 6. Perform feedback quality audits for upcoming launches and as needed; file bug audit bugs to Feedback PS as needed 7. Collaborate with Feedback PS to recommend/make improvements. 8. Create trainings for Feedback PS and triage team for upcoming launches and generate weekly reports 9. Monitor all impacted bugs; provide input as needed (i.e. research product features, give additional troubleshooting, post relevant feedback reports, etc 10.
