We are hiring an Executive Secretary for one of our clients in Morris Plains, NJ.

Job Description:

  • Provide Secretarial Assistance to the Chief Nursing Officer
  • Scheduling of calendars for meetings/events
  • Answering telephones and taking messages
  • Filing, scanning, printing, faxing knowledge
  • Completion of agenda and meeting minutes
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook 365
  • Prepares reports via Microsoft Excel and/or Word for submission to Directors.
  • Reviews, routes, and sorts incoming correspondence.
  • Tracking of staff time off requests
  • Maintains confidentiality of information discussed and files.

Skills required:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook 365

Education required:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma Education and two (2) years of experience in secretarial and administrative work.

Work hours:

  • 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
  • Lunch period: 12pm-1pm (unpaid)
