Job Description :
Role: ETL Tester
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite from day 1)
Mandatory skill: ETL testing, Data warehousing, data mining
Duration: Full-time
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in quality assurance testing activities (Planning, Design, Execution).
  • Should have hands on experience in ETL testing, Data Warehousing, Data mining concepts
  • Proven ability in designing, creating, and executing manual API tests and SQL database queries, system workflow testing, or other testing of data transfers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, SQL Server Management Studio, ControlM and Postman tools.
  • Experience in Banking and Financial domain.
  • Good experience with Microsoft Test Professional/Azure DevOps, JIRA or other test and defect management tools.
  • Hands on experience with following testing types: Integration, System/Functional, Data Migration, End to End, Sanity, Smoke, and Regression testing following Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Demonstrates strong technical and design skills. Has knowledge of testing methodology, tools, standards, and procedures.
  • Performs medium to large size tasks with average to high level of complexity.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Able to execute and deliver plans with minimal guidance.
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence/Share Point etc.
  • Must be able to create test and execute test scripts that cover positive, negative and edge case testing as feasible.
  • Create and/or maintain QA documents for test matrices, user stories, or traceability documentation, etc.
  • Testing of workflow logic and configuration

Preferred Manual Testing Qualifications:
  • Loan systems back-end table queries
  • Experience with creating automated test scripts for database testing.
