Required Skills:
* 5+ years of Quality Assurance / Testing experience
* 5+ years of experience working with data, data analysis and SQL (Structured Query Language
* 3+ years of experience with data testing
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to communicate diplomatically with colleagues and clients from various functional areas
* Proactive problem solver and critical thinker with excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills
* Experience with warehousing best practices and methodologies
* Demonstrates success in mentoring (sharing/persuading/explaining) to educate during project and transition work to FTE resources for ongoing support after project completion
* Ability to work closely with a diverse team to facilitate successful project completion
* Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, follow development standards and effectively raise critical issues that may impact sprint timelines
* Resource must excel at working independently due to telecommunication requirements resulting from COVID-19
* Strong communication skills and the ability to provide relevant updates on a timely basis are expected
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with Quality Assurance testing tools
* IT experience in a large, enterprise environment
* Experience working with large volumes of data
* Knowledge of end to end SDLC
* Experience with healthcare data
* Project Management experience
* Experience with data integration concepts
* Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with Agile methodology
