ETL Test Analyst

Client : Charles Schwab

Location : Westlake TX (May be remote initially for a couple of months)

Experience : 8 – 12 years (Please avoid very senior candidates who are looking for Architect or Managerial roles)


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience
Mandatory Skills
  • ETL Testing skills,SQL,Databases(Teradata and BigQuery),Performance testing , HAdoop FOundation,GCP Foundation
  • Design and Develop ETL test automation strategy, test integration and automation of regression testing
  • Analyze , prepare test case for data integration , ingestion, complex transformation process , prepare test data / analyze test data for ETL testing
  • Understand the ETL mapping and test successful completion of the job or job flow by comparing the reference data set with the result data set.
  • Test the ETL job flow for performance
  • Design , develop and test code snippets in script languages like Python, shell script to automate the testing process
Skills & Experience
  • 5 to 10 years experience in testing application and data pipelines / ETLs.
  • Good experience in analyzing and comparing various forms data sets on flat files, database tables, big data storage etc.
  • Experience in writing SQL in database, big data platform like Hadoop etc. to perform data comparison,
  • Experience in automation the test cases for regression testing, integrating testing as part of the automation / DevOps pipeline
  • Experience in understanding ETL mappings in Informatica or Talend

  • Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch
Flexible to travel and relocate in India and Abroad
