Job Description:
Seeking Data Migration Specialist with ETL experience to manage the data migrations and data synchronizations among On-prem SQL Server - MS Dynamics – Azure SQL.
Candidate should be able to demonstrate expert-level skills and knowledge in designing and implementing data migrations.
Must have experience in cloud platforms, especially expert in migrating data from Dynamics to Azure SQL.
This role requires an understanding of migration processes and databases, sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
This role is primarily responsible for designing, testing, and executing custom and standard data conversion routines (ETL) with
tools like SSIS etc, Azure Data Factory, Kingsway Soft etc.
Manage source to target data mapping between different data models.
Experience in performing data migration from a variety of data sources from/into Microsoft D365 into SQL Server through T-SQL, SSIS packages
or other ETL tools and techniques.
Ensuring as part of the data migration that data quality, consistency and integrity is maintained and improved.
Review of existing migration tools and recommendations for improving performance of the migration process
Must Have Experience:
• Expert in developing ETL packages using SQL server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Expert in data proofing and quality analysis, data mapping and writing transformation logic
• At least 5 years of experience in on-prem SQL to cloud ( Azure SQL and/or Dynamics Dataverse) data migration
• At least 5 years of data modeling
• Must have experience in setting up Azure Data Factory(ADF), Azure SSIS Integration runtime
• Implementing ETL using Azure Managed SQL, Azure ADF and Azure SSIS runtime
• SQL experience in both creating and maintaining queries, views, and stored procedures in a multi-database environment required
• At least 5 years of experience with data Migration projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Azure and other cloud platforms.
• Working experience on application of Agile and iterative development methodologies.
• Meeting with stakeholders to identify and document data migration requirements.
• Identify the potential information sources required by the business stakeholders in collaboration with other teams.
• Participate in data migration solution testing and validate that the data migration solution satisfies the business requirement

• Dynamic CRM Case Management Data Model, Dataverse and Power Automate
• ETL Experience using Kingsway SSIS Tool Kit
• Data modeling using ER-Win and XRM Tool for Dynamics
• Azure PowerShell, Azure SQL
• CI/CD for Azure SSIS solution
