As a QA Test Lead you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. RequiredQualifications: - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Milwaukee, WI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada
- Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Preferred Experience:
- At least 4 years of in-depth experience in ETL (Informatica SDET), Data Testing / Integration testing, Virtualization, CICD
- At least 3 years of Hands on experience in ETL automation using Python or Java script, Java, Selenium
- Hands-on experience in Informatica code migration, configuration changes, script changes etc
- Hands on experience with DB2, Sybase, SQL and other popular database technologies and Unix along with Shell/ Perl/ python scripting
Nice to have:
- To have 3+ years of experience in Insurance domain
- Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies
- Define and document test cases based on user stories
- Assist/mentor team members in automated test development
- Work with automation engineers to design frameworks and automation solutions
- Should support and mentor onsite-offshore team members
- Thorough knowledge in white box test techniques and strong in code coverage concepts & implementation
- Experience of producing clear, concise and meaningful test statistic reporting.
- Working experience in test data management tools - Quality Center, ALM, TFS, Jira
- Effectively interact with interfacing organizations and work together as a team to deliver projects on time
- Work efficiently and demonstrate a high level of energy.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
