Ability to design, develop and maintain SQL objects such as tables, stored procedures, functions and schemas. Extensive programming experience in PL/SQL and database skills. Demonstrated knowledge of database structures and data architecture. Familiarity with fundamentals of SDLC and experience working with developer tools such as TFS, Azure DevOps and GitLabs. Plus: Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies such as Python, Node.js, Scala, etc. is a plus. Summary W.B. Mason is looking to add an ETL Developer to support the Company's on-going data management efforts and migration to the Microsoft D365 and Azure platforms. Our Data Team is based in Brockton, MA; however, this position would be fully remote for the foreseeable future, until such time as it is safe to return to the office. While W.B. Mason is working hard to migrate its core data to Azure, the Company still has a significant on-premises SQL landscape that needs to be maintained and enhanced. Given those parallel demands, W.B. Mason is looking for experienced data professionals to enhance our capabilities and capacity to tackle these exciting projects. The ideal candidate for this ETL Developer role will be well-versed in on-premises SQL / SSIS solutions, with some experience with Azure data platforms being a plus. The candidate must be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage / prioritize multiple projects while also supporting any issues that might arise with Production workloads. This is an excellent opportunity for data professionals who are looking to build upon their current knowledge and expertise in Microsoft SQL Server ETL practices while gaining exposure to and experience in Azure Data Services.
