ERP Data Entry Associate
Location : San Jose, CA
Duration : 3+ Months Contract

Support the direct reports vs manage them.
Without managerial higher level decision making, problem solving.
It is more Data entry basically in the ERP system to enter Master data for bill of material, recipe or setting up new items or vendors.
ERP System-Navision currently used but any other ERP will work.
If the candidate does not have ERP experience but can learn quickly open to that as she will be training this candidate.
Some processes around that enter information into the system.
Proficiency google suite, Microsoft or Similar skill sets
Google sheets not higher level
Creation and maintenance and review of Master data.
Data Entry person with Google suite or Excel.
Understanding bills of material will be helpful
Have knowledge of some concept of the type of data they will be entering.
This is an entry level role.
The Food Industry will be nice to have.
Next week or 2 everyone in the team is WFH. Remote thing for now but later on this candidate needs to work onsite.
There may be some need for a back and forth Market facility in San Francisco and a health facility. (Once a week
Traveling once a week can be expensive.

Job Summary:
As an ERP associate, you will work within the Master Data Management and broader Corporate Services team to provide support for all master data functions, including food product, item, vendor, location, and customer data.
Work to ensure all data is accurately and efficiently entered and maintained in the ERP system.

Essential Responsibilities:
Support team members in the creation, maintenance and quality review of all master data in the ERP system.
Work cross-departmentally with the Test Kitchen, IT, Quality Assurance, Facility Operations, and Procurement teams as needed to complete tasks.
Maintain data integrity in the ERP system.
Adhere to all internal policies and procedures.
Support efforts within the Master Data Management and broader Corporate Services team when needed to create new processes and solutions or to quickly incorporate into existing processes new features to support new product offerings or new corporate initiatives.
Assist in continuously improving inter-departmental procedures and communication to drive quality assurance and safety.
Attend and contribute to regular interdepartmental meetings.

Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google’s suite of Smart Apps.

Physical Activities:
While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit.
Frequently required to talk or hear; and occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance and color vision.
Must be able to work in an open office environment.
