Job Description :

Complete tasks relating to Migration from legacy Nortel PBX system to Cisco VoIP platform.
Specific Tasks:
• Assess - Current state of Nortel PBX system and map out Analog & Digital ports.
• Recommend - Future state with Cisco VoIP platform
• Implement - Future state of the new system.
• Test - Test future state in non-production environment
• Support & Maintain - Support issues & questions coming from the future state
• Knowledge Transfer - Knowledge transfer to County personnel regarding the future state.
Required Skills & Abilities:
• Working knowledge of Cisco VoIP/Telecom and Nortel PBX system
• Ability to design and/or configure the network infrastructure for deployment of Cisco Unified Communications technology.
Experience Requirements:
• Hands-on experience on all aspects of Cisco VoIP technology & its implementation (e.g., CUCM, Unity VM system, Paging etc.).
• Experience in Hospital or Healthcare
