Location: Should be on site in Dallas for at least 50% of the time. Ideally local candidates, however will consider someone who will have to travel 50%. Travel will be reimbursed.

Title: Epicor Eclipse Manager - ERP System Owner
JOB OVERVIEW
Will be responsible for the implementation, training and ongoing operations of the Eclipse systems in DFW operational office and Dallas metroplex wholesale stores.
- Owns of the Eclipse system that includes planning, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of the system. Formulates and defines short- and long-range goals and objectives for on-going utilization of Eclipse including software release upgrades and enhancements based on thorough knowledge and understanding of the wholesale distribution environment and the business needs of the organization.
- Maintains on-going working relationship with the ERP end users, process champions, branch champions, the senior leadership team, Information Systems Specialists regarding system and SOP documentation maintenance, training of users, hardware needs (server and other hardware components).
- Maintains a working relationship with the Epicor Eclipse Software Developers regarding system upgrades / maintenance, confers and manages consulting for implementation training and consultation, and other Eclipse end-user distribution companies for advice and counsel on system implementation.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITITES
At least 2 years of experience with Eclipse: implementation, training and upgrades.
Functional knowledge of software applications that includes order entry (sales), purchasing, order fulfillment (picking & shipping), receiving, customer returns (warrantee), purchasing, branch transfers, inventory control, and general ledger (controlling).
Knowledge of wholesale distribution processes.
Exposure to project planning tools
Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
PREFERRED
Over 3 years of relevant experience
Professional Training in Epicor Eclipse
Experience with any BI tools
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
