- The primary goal is to establish an Army Systems Governance Office that champions and facilitates control systems issues.
- Excellent communication skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint) required.
- Required 4-8 years of foundational experience designing, engineering, administering, operating, and maintaining small to large enterprise networks.
- Demonstrated experience working with CLOUD platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) strongly preferred.
- Experience developing and implementing Network Security Architectures and Cyber Defense Capabilities (especially OT / ICS / SCADA) also strongly preferred.
- BA/BS in cyber security, information security, network engineering, computer science, information technology, information management, information sciences, or related field required.
- Responsible for ensuring standardized acquisition, configuration, cybersecurity, testing, and lifecycle management activities for Army control systems.
- Provide Mission command, including integrated threat and incident management, policy development and policy recommendations, and facilitate information-sharing with Asset Owners, Subject Matter Organizations, and internal and external governance.
- Enterprise Architect: The team is looking for a network or enterprise professional with experience in leading development, design, and implementation of Operational Technology (OT) networks for Commercial or DoD critical infrastructure to support standardization of security implementation and monitoring across various programs.
- The Enterprise Architect will work closely with the Task Lead and Deputy in supporting the Enterprise Architecture Task.
- The Enterprise Architect responsibilities include providing recommendations to the Army for OT and ICS / SCADA architectures commensurate with industry best practices to optimize security posture; supporting and leading development & planning and advise on implementation of securing ICS / SCADA architectures.
- Providing insight and perspectives on network design methodology, process, and technology to aid in securing OT networks, including but not limited to topics such as: segmentation, secure enclaves, continuous monitoring, configuration/change control, cloaking, and zero trust principles.
- The Enterprise Architect will also support the development of personnel and processes as it relates to Control Systems.
