We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Lead Specialist Engineer to lead the design, development, integration, and support of enterprise-level applications and systems. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on engineering abilities, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and secure technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise application architecture, modern integration frameworks, and cloud-based technologies.

Lead end-to-end enterprise application design, development, integration, and delivery across complex environments.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and code quality standards.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and translate needs into system specifications.

Develop and optimize APIs, microservices, and integration workflows supporting enterprise data and applications.

Oversee migration of legacy applications to modern architectures including cloud and container-based platforms.

Troubleshoot complex application issues and ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.

Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Maintain documentation including architecture diagrams, deployment models, and system runbooks.

Support enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements.

12+ years of experience in enterprise application development and system integration.

Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise architecture solutions.

Hands-on expertise in Java, .NET, or equivalent backend technologies.

Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, message queues, and event-driven architecture.

Strong background in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and enterprise data integration tools.

Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of application security standards, performance tuning, and monitoring tools.
