EDM Administrator
In this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's enterprise data management systems and processes. They play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy, security, availability, and accessibility across the organization. The EDM Administrator works closely with various teams to optimize data-related processes and support data-driven decision-making. You should have Markit EDM expertise – with matcher, core matcher and UI especially (Should have built UI for Security Matcher Data Including Security realignment screen and security Matcher exception UI screen).?
Responsibilities
• Markit EDM work experience in account, client, security, and issuer domains (At least Security)?
• Experience with IHS Markit cloud and on perm implementations.?
• Release management using DevOps CI/CD pipelines.?
• Utilizing Git for source code management.?
• Using the Agile/Scrum framework to plan and execute development activities.?
• Financial Services (Asset Management a plus) expertise.?
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Strong experience with database management systems and data modelling.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
• Familiarity with data security best practices and compliance standards.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in SQL?
• Knowledge of programming languages (Excel VBA, Python, SQL etc.)?
• 8 to 10 years of work experience
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Markit EDM?
