Responsibilities:


Support development on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure for various requirements from Business and Support Ticket.
Level 3 Integration Support for the day to day running of global application using Azure Service Bus, Logic app and Microsoft Dynamics 365 software
Document development and Support cases and support Migration of developed enhancements of products to production.
Work with Microsoft on application support issues with the products
Work with DEV teams and Level two support to support the end users with issues reported on these products.
Provide on call support for off hours.
Knowledge of the ITIL process for product promotion and support.
Hands on troubleshooting of applications
Liaise, support and validate potentially complex requirements from Service Operations and mobilization teams
Direct activities to streamline the overall deployment process includes working with and influencing leaders in other structures to action changes which may require changes in process or alternative application tools
Third Level Support for the day to day running of global application using MS Azure and Dynamics 365
Develop and Migrate developed enhancements of products to production
Work with Microsoft on application support issues with the products
Work with DEV teams and Level two support to support the end users with issues reported on these products
Ensure regional teams have access to and are serviced by support for Global FM applications
Migration of changes between environments
Incident Resolution and communications
Co-Ordinate between DEV and Partner Teams to bring Incidents to resolution


Background


3 years’ experience with Microsoft Azure Platform and Dynamics 365
Proven track record working with disparate teams to co-ordinate and influence results
Good Understanding of OOB Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and the technical configurations and capabilities.
Experience developing configuration and customization on Microsoft Azure Platform and Dynamics 365
Experience developing and supporting integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 application with external applications, using Azure Service Bus and API Management
Good Customer Service and communication skills
