Must Have Skills
Must have at least 5+ years of relevant working experience in Business Analysis, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Service or Marketing and Agile methodology

Nice to Have Skills
MS Dynamics Sales is a plus

Analytical thinking and problem solving

Gather business requirements from business stakeholders and created BRDs functional analysis, design documentation, requirement gathering. Analyze the client's business process and collect requirements from the client.
Planning, Defining and Designing based on business requirement and provide documentation Conduct workshop sessions to gather business requirements, analyze As-Is and To-Be scenarios, Gap analysis, define business use cases, requirements prioritization and creation of user stories Extensive involvement in all stages of software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirements, design, development, testing, implementation and support
