Job Description :
  • Must have 4-5 Implementation projects experience with 10+ years of experience.
  • Experience in end-to-end SDLC stages i.e. Gathering business requirement, design, testing, go-live, production support etc.
  • Experience in solutioning of business requirements
  • Hands-on experience in D365 CE modules i.e. specifically Field Service & Sales
  • Hands-on knowledge of D365 configurations and customizations
  • Proficient in CRM’s core OOB functionalities like workflows, business rules, business process flow, security framework, user setup etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customer directly and resolve issues
  • Experience in handling team & working as a SPOC for client
  • Handling integrations with third-party applications like Marketo, ClickDimensions, portals, ERP, CPQ etc.
