Must have 4-5 Implementation projects experience with 10+ years of experience.
Experience in end-to-end SDLC stages i.e. Gathering business requirement, design, testing, go-live, production support etc.
Experience in solutioning of business requirements
Hands-on experience in D365 CE modules i.e. specifically Field Service & Sales
Hands-on knowledge of D365 configurations and customizations
Proficient in CRM’s core OOB functionalities like workflows, business rules, business process flow, security framework, user setup etc.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customer directly and resolve issues
Experience in handling team & working as a SPOC for client
Handling integrations with third-party applications like Marketo, ClickDimensions, portals, ERP, CPQ etc.
