Job Overview:

 

We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Functional Consultant with expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing modules and be comfortable working closely with business users to optimize ERP workflows.

 

This is an onsite role in Lewisville, TX, requiring candidates to work from the office.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with business users to gather and document functional requirements.
  • Configure and customize D365 F&O to support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and related business processes.
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide system enhancement recommendations.
  • Provide support during implementation, testing, and post-go-live phases.
  • Train end-users and assist in change management efforts.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including sales order processing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
  • Experience with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing modules.
  • Strong understanding of order management, pricing, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional system requirements.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in a functional consultant role for D365 F&O.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP business processes and system configurations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
