Responsibilities:
Provide management consulting advisory services in the commercial insurance industry across business functions with a focus on Risk Engineering and Underwriting
Conduct interviews and workshops with clients to assess pain points, define visions of future states and prioritize opportunity areas that deliver value across people, process, data & technology
Independently drive the success of a project by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submissions
Manage a team of consultants by organizing workstreams, defining work packages and mentoring junior team members
What we’re looking for:
Implementation, configuration, and/or development experience of SSP Pure or Duck Creek required
3 to 5 years of experience in P&C Insurance at a management consulting firm, or in a corporate strategy, business development, operational excellence, or management function within an insurance company
Experience in, or related to, Underwriting, Risk Engineering, Claims Adjustment or Operations.
MBA/Masters with a relevant concentration preferred; undergraduate degree with a relevant concentration required
Strong IT affinity; experience with enterprise technology platforms and solutions is required
Knowledge of industry best practices regarding digitalization and automation of banking services
